• Annual check-up for members age 7 and older
• Annual gynecological exam and Pap test

• Annual prostate exam and Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) test for men age 40 and over
• Supplemental Accident Coverage (as defined in the policy) covering 100% of the first $750 of allowable charges per covered person for emergency outpatient treatment of traumatic bodily injuries resulting from an accident.
• AssociationPack - group term life, accidental death and dimemberment, short term disability, and In Touch (EAP) available to 2-9 and 10-50 employee groups at discounted rating.
